Most of all, they always believe their opinion is the best and the fact that when you try to discuss something, they turn it into an argument just to prove the know better and they are right. How do you deal with friends who always think they are right?
I have a friend like this. I just keep coversation to sunject we agree on and let her say her piece when ever she wants. If it think it may turn into an argument I just keep my opinions to myself if they may start an argument. Not if everytime you say something these friends argue with you, you may want to ask them is they know that they are annoying you. If they cannot respect you, you may not want them as friends for long. How do you deal with friends who always think they are right?
omg! Ur so ******* right everyday my friend argues wit me just trying to act like she knows best and she's wrong! I so agree wit u their!!
Don't argue...and do what you feel is best for you.
They have strong personalities and know how to argue. It doesnt mean they are right. You cant change how they are. If it bothers you a lot you might look for different friends.
Nobody wants to wrong.
i have a friend that is just like that and i have to get into an argument every time just to prove my point.. so let me knkow when you get a good answer..
YES DEAR!

Hello Sweetie,
Your know-it-all friend has a need to control you (and others possibly) because he/she has a bullying nature. You will never ';win';, as their compulsion is to have the last word. Lay that on him and see what he thinks - but don't expect change.
You'll never be happy in this abusive relationship.
I'm glad you instinctively know there is a problem at hand and can reach out for help. That's a healthy thing to do.
Best wishes,
pup
It seems like your friend is a natural debater. Let him/her know that you agree with some points and disagree with others. Don't just say things like, ';That's not right!'; or ';That's BS!';. Things like that just hurt and are not necessary in a conversation/argument/debate, whatever. Do what passes in court and have proof to back up whatever you say. Get on a computer with internet access and show your debater friend what's up. Don't be afraid to show them your proof. Especially if they like to say, ';Prove it!';.
I hope this helps. Good luck.
cut em off everytime they try to say somethin.... smack em!!!! walk away in the middle of their sentence..
