How to deal with friends who are judgmental?

I have friends who enjoy telling me what to do and what not to do. The weirdest thing is...the things they asked me not to do...they do it themselves...what can I do besides ignore them, talk to them face-to-face (cause It did not work out)?How to deal with friends who are judgmental?
These people are not friends they are control freaks who think they are your mother and can tell you what to do or not do. If you have parents then you dont need more. Tell them you want friends not another parent.How to deal with friends who are judgmental?
You just have to get to the place where you ';know yourself';. I used to been in the same situation where people used to play me like a toy too. Until I got to know myself and what is right for me.
People rarely ever change and if they do it is usually on their own accord. If you've already confronted them about it you can either accept them for the judgemental hypocrites they are or ditch them.


The only other option is hitting them in the head with a brick and saying ';Who's right now!?'; but I hear that is illegal and generally frowned upon in most societies.
Leave them alone and find friends that deserves to have you as a friend and friends that will not order you to do or not to do things that they do. Why can't we find friends that are not judgmental or jealous. Friends are supposed to be there for you when you do something stupid and stop you from doing something that they know you would not usually do. A friend is there to listen and give advice when needed and pass there opinion, not criticize or judge someone for their actions. It looks like to me that your friends may be jealous of you and are only doing things that you do not do because they want to see if you would follow them. They look at you as their pet someone that will listen and not second guess them no matter what they tell you. What they do they do not want you to do, but they do it because they know you will follow their lead. It's time for you to be your own leader and let them follow you, better yet you go one way and they go another. You need better friends than them, they are not your friend and you know this your deserve true friends people that will value your friendship and the person you are and all that you have to give.
