My high school age son is taking the biggest loser girl to the dance. He could choose many other girls to take, but he says he's going to make her feel like a princess. My son volunteers at the dog pound (walking the dogs), but he usually picks the shyest most frightened dogs to walkHow would you deal with friends that have been calling you a hogger?

he is doing something good tell him not to listen to haters nd laugh at them he has a heart and he is a good person im proud of ur son who cares what the other people think they are not jesus they cant tell him what to do..

maybe he really likes hippopotamus women.
ur sone likes to be a hero to things.. rescuing the fat ugly girl or the abused dog it makes him feel better to feel like he is doing something a favor orin the girls case why not aim low?? he will never get shot down easier to be her everything than risk getting hurt
Maybe he doesn't consider her a loser? The question is why do you? Thoughts like that is what makes high school hard for a lot of people, which in unnecessary.

I say ignore them, your son sounds like the sweetest guy. More guys should be like him, they're are too many jerks in this world.
You should be proud of your son to be giving up something just to make someone's else happy. If this girl is a slut, then u have a porblem tho. Juat tell then u don't like it when they do that or find new friends.
I dunno, but you shouldn't care about that as a mother. He wants to make a girl feel special, he really cares about that. Let him make someone's life better. Who knows? She might not be such a loser as you, only a parent with an incredibly outside view, may think.
