How to deal with friends that did not know how to judge between a need and a want?

i have a friend who is a big spender and proclaims that she is broke all the time!! pls tell me what i shud doHow to deal with friends that did not know how to judge between a need and a want?

Ignore her. People like that just like to brag about how much they have. She is just gripping about being broke so that you will know how much she spent.
of course tell your friend what she's doing, but dont get all in it..let her learn on her own..but do not let her borrow money, only if its an emergency..but let her go down hill, so that she can learn how to properly crawl back up.. =D

If her complaints really got to me, I would have to resort to sarcasm and say something like ';really... how did that happen'; or ';looks like its time to put some of the **** you buy on eBay';.


Never lend her $$$.
smack her over the head and yell WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU! THE REASON WHY YOU ARE SO BROKE IS BECAUSE YOU KEEP SPENDING YOUR MONEY LIKE CRAZY.

just sit down and talk to her. debt is not a joke..i mean has she even seen confessions of a shopaholic? things don't always turn out for the best in those situations...trust me. a banker gave me this advice, when you are young and have your job and have few responsibilities this is the time for you to save as much as possible.
