How to deal with friends who didn't get into the course that we all tried out for?

So after 1st semester, we either got into vet tech or not into it.


I got in... but 2 of my really close friends didn't.


I'm very excited to be in this programme!!!


But I feel bad for them because they didn't make it... How should I deal with them?How to deal with friends who didn't get into the course that we all tried out for?
Don't brag or talk about it. It may seem hard because you're so excited about it, but it will hurt their feelings. If they bring it up (like a ?) answer it and change the subject. If you really want to talk about it talk to a person who is in it, but not around the friends that didn't get in.

Just dont talk about the program around them. Talk as if your not even in it. Have the same type of conversations you had before.
